Hey! I,m just another casual baddie that cant hit 1800 yet, but...heres a thing or two I see that may be holding you back in a sustained dps/mana war type of scenario, +155 hit, very low for getting maximum value from poison mechanics and extra DP procs when @ a 5stack. This could also be the reason FA seems to be underpreforming for you, lack of white hits = lack of white crits.
New resi trinket, a considerably larger stat budget than titan forged, which you seem more than capable of making up for elsewhere. Just my $0.02

It seems to me that from my experience here, while this forum does discuss pvp at times, and to certain depth, the majority of the brain trust here has more expertise in endgame pve. If you are sitting at ratings of 1900 2200+, you are most likely one of the most advanced pvp rogues posting on the last weeks worth of pages.
And on a final note from me, which should be taken with a grain of salt because it is not based on experience....
The fact that you will have mad dispells which will equate to high on target times coupled with the fact that you want a constand dps increase really brings to mind
