Yellow hit cap is 8% for every melee class (excluding talents).
Fury soft hit caps is 5% (+3% precision = 8%).
But more hit rating is not a complete waste for Fury warriors (unlike Ret pallies *cough*)
more hit for Fury warr = more successful white hits = more steady rage generation
side note:
Dual wield penalty is -19% hit rating.
So if your soft hit capped, you still have 19% chance your white attacks are gonna miss on lvl 83 boss.
