Depends what kind of PvP you mean, really. Arenas - by all means, yes.
I personally run BG's mostly, so I'm sticking with 21 Agi + 3% Crit.

Seems to me you are going to trinket a stun thats going to kill you, and 0.6 of a seccond probably isnt going to save your ass if you cant. I really think +3% crit damage is making a bigger impact on the outcome wether we speak of arena or not. However, this is just my opinion.

You're going to trinket the
first
substantial stun. I'd rather the surprise of their subsequent stuns falling off 10% sooner than they expect than 3% more damage on something that's already having it's chance reduced as well as its damage reduced.

Stun duration reduction is much more valuable. Matches are won not because of an extra 200 damage you would get from the meta.

Regardless of whitch option is better, dont you think you are devalueing the effect of +3% by putting it at an extra 200 damage?

Let's assume you crit for 10k with an envenom...
crit envenom = 10k normally 3% from meta = 10,300 - 30% damage reduction (-20% crit reduction, -10% all damage reduction) = 7,210
crit envenom = 10k normally -30% damage reduction (-20% resil crit damage, -10% all damage redcution) = 7,000
Difference: 210 damage.
Doesn't seem that far off honestly.

I guess I wasnt thinking of the bonus in the terms of per one finisher. No biggie.
