(( This page is basically Page 2 except from another POV. Next one won't be another POV, it will be a continuation of the story. ))
The Fel Orc fell, a bloody, gaping hole in his forhead where Linmarion’s arrow had entered. The assault wasn’t doing so badly so far, they had cleared the front of the citadel and reached the entrance with minimal losses.
Carmine was, not surprisingly, on the front lines, along with Tai, a sturdy draenei male paladin, Marcus and Dom. The four had been friends with Linmarion for ages, and were a worthy force on the battlefield.
Carmine and Tai made their way to the front lines, seeing Dom and Marcus both holding a sword and a shield.
A warcry erupted from the officers’ units as they charged through the entrance, quickly taking formation. The archers and snipers moved behind the pikemen and swordsmen who had made a shield wall at the front, thus blocking and cutting down wave after wave of fel orc and wolf. Every time one soldier in the shield wall fell, a new, refreshed soldier emerged from behind them to take his place.
Carmine fought fiercely alongside Tai, the draenei mostly protecting the over-confident young human. The paladin was covered in heavy, large, plate golden armour, so that not even the smallest amount of his blue flesh could be seen. It was almost his trademark for him to yell “Light, forgive me, for what I am about to do!” with every might swing of his two handed-hammer, or to whisper “Go with the Light, friend.” at every allied dead body.
Carmine was a little less honourable. They youth enjoyed taunting and goading his opponents, smirking at them as he dealt the final blow. He didn't take war that seriously, always cracking a joke here and there. Although everyone asked him to shut up sometimes, deep down they all enjoyed his company. He gave them something positive to think about during battle.
Tai was slowly pushed back and separated from Carmine under the pressure of two orcs, rather burlier than the rest.
“Hey kid, stay safe!” called the draenei as he unleashed a torrent of Light upon his attackers, disappearing from Carmine’s sight.
“Okay!” the human called back, mentally crossing fingers and chuckling happily to himself. “FOR THE ALLIANCE!” he shouted, his troops also taking up the cry. “Kill them before they can take our women!” he laughed.
Once again, Carmine’s troops surged forward, the human getting a little carried away. Without knowing, he separated from his army in a frenzy to reach every fel orc he could. His troops were forced to break ranks to try and save him, thus allowing the orcs to finally break through their defences and ravage through his army. Carmine watched in dismay and shock as his troops were divided and conquered.
“Save the kid!” shouted Marcus, charging towards those attacking Carmine, closely followed by Dom and their bodyguards. It was no use; Carmine’s unit was completely obliterated, no morale left in his few remaining troops. Soon, the two dwarves were also overpowered, completely surrounded by fel orcs.
“Regroup!” Carmine ordered in an alarmed tone as he and the few survivors of his unit formed a circle. Due to their reduced numbers, they were pushed down a completely different path.
…
…
…
Tai stirred and woke up. He was completely stripped off his armour and strapped to a chair in a dark, musty room. “Where am I? What is the meaning of this?” shouted the paladin.
…
…
…
Carmine and his three remaining soilders were drooping heavily, exhausted from the fight. The battle was nowhere in sight. The human let out a shriek as dark, demonic figures came crawling out from beneath the shadows, the soldiers timidly raising their guns…

Very well written. The draenei's(right?) mercy killing in the middle of the battle seemed a little out of place, but Carmie's personality and quote about their women is a humorous highlight.
Would I be correct in saying that Page 4 will be from the fel orc's PoV or that of their leader in the battle? Or is it another one of the good guys that I've forgotten about?

Meh, wasn't planning on that, but I'll be giving the public what they want.
Already got the follow-up to this all planned out, so I have time to make another one.
Thanks for the feedback, Morec :)

I loved it. We don't see enough about Outland nowadays, so this came as a pleasant surprise. I would love to see more.
