* Renewed Hope: now has a 60-second duration, up from 20 seconds, but a 20-second cooldown.
Not a huge buff, but still useful, I guess.

Not exactly sure what the point of this is.
If the Priest is not where the rest of the raid is? IE, Yogg, or a part of the LK encounter which I shall not spoil...or if they die or something, extra 40 seconds of the buff.

PvP nerf? All I see is that I'm losing dispel fodder : /
It's not dispellable.
The only point is to minimize combat log spam. Several other classes had similar changes made, hopefully to prevent DCs and unnecessary lag.
So the question is does the 20 second cooldown start AFTER it completes the spell, or once it is cast?
I thought about it a bit, and one way it could help is in BGs, people who move away from you will have it for those extra 40 seconds.
Current "internal Cooldowns" start when the spell starts, or when the proc happens, not when it finishes or fades....
honestly, for PvE tank healing disc this has only the meaning as described above, in high mobility fights the out of range people will more likely keep their buff... and cleaning the combat log.
however with it lasting 60 sec it could be considered by some priests to only go 1/2 in the talent....the issue is that I cant find anything to put that one talent point into that will equal the 2% crit on weakened soul targets.....maybe the shield spammers could justify the crit loss...but where do you put it?
