Erm... this macro is plain wrong.
1. It doesnt have any instant macroed to it. This means you will be loosing precious seconds on hitting that instant again on separate button.
2. It works only if you target red/yellow mobs. There is no point in putting it because you cant attack/rune strike fellow players anyway.
3. Works only in combat. Id rather have my rune strike queued right before next pull than wait for it to proc again. You can only proc rune strike in combat - putting combat there is no point either.
Use search and look for a "rune strike macro" keywords.

So I am better off just hitting my rune strike button then? If you have another macro that will help also.
No: you macro your rune strike to every rune based instant:
Icy Touch, Plague strike, Blood strike/heart strike (no clue what you spec is), Pestilence, Blood boil, Scourge strike, Obliterate, Death strike, Howling blast

You shouldnt macro it to any rune dumping indstant (death coil, frost strike) because it wont work very well.

I don't really care.
I have RS macroed in literally every skill, including taunts.
Speaking about taunts, if you can assign a regular key (say, F10) to a spare mouse button, you, then, literally, can grab mobs with your hand. Point at mob - click button - mob taunted.
Point - Shift+Click - grip it to you.
