Cannot add items to a custom profile

I often use the custom profiler for making my 60 twinks and testing out different gear to see what would be better for what, but now i cant add any more items to any profiles. I called my friend (who also plays WoW) to go on my account (meh i dont care if hes on it, not like i got a reputation or have anything to loose, or anything for him to gain from the account)and test out the profiler (to see if it was just my computer -- which sucked --) and no luck. is anyone else having this problem? or is it just my account.

It is working for me in Chrome. What browser are you using? What particular item are you trying to equip?

It worked fine for me in Chrome, Firefox, and IE8 but I did experience the issue when using Opera - I could only access the equip menus when Control + Clicking the equipment slots. Are you currently using Opera? Also, so we can insure it's not an item specific problem, I'll reiterate another of Gryphon's questions - what were you trying to equip?
