Power Auras question
Return to board index
Out of boredom, I decided to try to make a few strings that would outline my rotation. Here's what I put:
1: Activation by: Debuff - Flame Shock
2: Activation by: Debuff - Flame Shock
3: Activation by: My Spell Cooldown - Lava Burst
Other Auras - 2
4: Activation by: My Spell Cooldown - Lava Burst
5: Activation by: My Spell Cooldown - Chain Lightning
Other Auras - 2/4
6: Activation by: My Spell Cooldown - Chain Lightning
Other Auras - 2/4
1 - if no Flame Shock debuff on target, display Flame Shock icon
2 - used to confirm presence of Flame Shock
3 - If Flame Shock is present and Lava Burst is not on cooldown, display Lava Burst icon
4 - used to confirm Lava Burst is on cooldown
5 - If Flame Shock is present and Lava Burst is on cooldown, display Chain Lightning icon
6 - if Flame Shock is present, Lava Burst is on cooldown, and Chain Lightning is on cooldown, display Lightning Bolt icon
2 and 4 are hidden by setting their size to 2% and opacity to 10%. However, I found that if I go through my rotation, it will display the auras for both 3 and 6 at the same time. Since these are all using the texture from the spell that they are suggesting to use, and since I set them all in the same location, I get an interesting display - an "x" made from the icons of Lava Burst and Lightning Bolt. I get the sneaking feeling that the slash used to denote multiple aura IDs is treating it as an "or" rather than an "and", in which case I'd have to modify 4 to include 2. Can anyone explain how it's reading it? I feel like I may have missed something here.
If anyone wants to see it in action, I can record it with FRAPS

Exactly this. Sounds like you know how to fix it, so I'll leave it at that.
