Also lowering the particle density helps alot. It basically lowers all "spell detail" as it use to be called and effects similar to that. I run on a laptop which i know is bad, but lowering the particle density works wonders for me.

WoW is intended to be run on a machine with half that much horsepower. You might want to avoid Dalaran, but other than that you'll be fine.
My wife runs WoW on a crappy laptop with shared video memory and the game runs just fine 95% of the time.

yeah, that should be fine, my laptop is probably the same. Just stay away from porting to dalaran (flying there should be fine), 25mans with lots of mobs such as the onyxia whelps and the Uld seige battle, and keep the view distance down, other than that you should be golden with only a few minor hiccups here and there.
