Dose haste make stings tick faster like all other DOT's? If not...any ideas as why blizz would do this? Seems like the T10 4set would be alot better if it did. NTM it would up the value of hast in general for hunters...which really needs to happen anyways.
No. Also haste doesnt affect all other dots. It actually affects very little of them (talented, glyphed, set bonus).
