Your tanking gear still needs work. you have alot of dps pieces and pvp pieces on. your defense skill needs to be at 535 for heroics and 540 for raids. also never gem for str in tanking gear. that's only for dps.

i'd suggest not tanking a heroic yet unless you know a healer that won't mind healing you. for the time being just work on switching out all your dps/pvp pieces for tanking pieces

Also, DW tanking with fast weapons is bad.
Not always. It's bad for threat, good for avoidance. If you know you can keep threat without the slower weapons, you can do faster ones. But in a typical situation you are correct and people should be tanking with DW slow DPS weapons.
