here read these threads that should help a bit...might be alot of info though so i'd read the leveling one first...then when you hit 60 go ahead and check out the tanking one. tanking becomes 100x easier at 60 because you get Death and Decay

I'd suggest starting out with blood. it's the easiest to understand and still alot of fun. If you have any other questions when you hit 60 then let us know.
Also you'll want to macro Runestrike to all your keys when you learn the skill.
