Look at rankings, inspect top ranking Shadow Priests, see how they gear and spec, then take a look at forums for strategies depending on your composition. Generally try to time your CCs with your Ret Pally's CCs to keep an opponent out of the fight while you burn down his teammate, in between Repentance, Hammer of Justice, Psychic Scream, Psychic Horrow and Silence, you should have close to 30 seconds of CC to win the game.
