There should be a shortcut blessings manager if you use a panel addon (Fubar, Titan, LibData Broker etc.) that when you right click on the ZOMG icon it will let you change the blessings for the classes there. If you just want to change it for an individual, it will learn the new buff for that person if it's lesser or, now that I think about it, it should learn it for the class if you use a greater buff.
