The issue your having is because your manually accessing your page through the URL. A browser does not understand the character "á" as a URL so it converts to %E1...
Use this link
http://www.wowhead.com/?user=Rhenaya#characters
Click on "Characters" and you should be able to see it from there.
This is the problem with non-standard characters.
As for your profile not updating immediately, give it some time. I have seen mine running slow also.
