PVP envenom spec question

Hey all,
I saw this spec at Shadowpanther.net:

The site says it uses envenom and OH deadly poison.
Currently I use a spec that is very much like this but I use eviscerate as a finisher. During my fights should I just use envenom instead (when DP is up) or is there somekind of combination of using evi & envenom?

Idealy, you will want to cary 2x 1.8 daggers and use evis on targets if you plan on blinding/cc'ing them and you will have a 1.4 speed dagger equipped with DP for when Mr Plate wearing beefcake struts up to challenge you and this is where you want to use envenom, there are other uses too such as pressureing resto drood.

^^ will swap them on the fly and show you which one is equipped, unless you have any combination of the 6 different daggers that come from toc 10/25 that all have the same frigging icon...
