Hey guys...
In a raid situation, do you guys bind your kill command, CotW, and Furious Howl to one macro?
Kill Command i got bound to every shot so it gets fired asap. Furious how i got on autocast, there is no reason to be otherwise. CoTW i got macroed with Rapid Fire, Berserking and pot.
Kripparian has it all:

Is there a way to bind Kill Shot with Steady Shot.. so that it will check when KS is up without interfering or jamming the cycle?
There is no way macro can decide for you which shot to fire whenever one is available. Too much automation - Blizz doesnt allow that. As Krip says its much better to have them on separate buttons and just spam both. If you need that button for some reason you may use modifier:
/cast steady shot
/cast kill shot
But that kinda slows everything and i prefer not to bind cast time spells along with instants.

Aside from /castsequence, you cannot have more than ability in a macro which triggers a GCD. You can macro Silencing Shot to anything else since it doesn't trigger a GCD, but all other shots do and therefore cannot be set in a macro like the one you want.
The closest you can get it a macro, which requires you to hold shift, ctrl, or alt while pressing the button.
