yes you should scoop the 5% crit from holy if you have penance and spare points
focused will however can be skipped for DA if you dont have the points to spare to get to penance. thats most important imo.
um lol mid writing this i clicked the armory link and see your level. at 49 fill rapture then go to DA then grace. Borrowed time next 5 levels. at 60 penance. now imo you move to holy for the 5% crit and back to disc tree to get the other chocolate iceings like focused will

i have to add though pull those points in silent resolve its just a bad talent if your healing groups. period.move them to improved inner fire. at some point if not alread inner fire provides spell power fyi.

Inner Fire spell power bonus starts at level 71.
Also, I would recommend using a standard leveling build (see
here
) until you hit 75+. Disc isn't really that good for leveling tbh. It's fine for instancing, especially after you get Penance. And the leveling build does very well for healing instances.

"Spell Critical Effect Chance" is just blizzard's stupid, confusing way of saying Crit Chance.

A. cant spam rapture. you can throw shields all around.
B. in instances you will not be dispelled, though i can understand the reduced threat. keep it if you like but def respec when inner fire becomes a sp boost.
C. find youself a near level tank and queue up together all healers need a pocket tank who has some idea what theyre doing, even with the new lfd.
ill never understand why peopel dont pick a role and stick to it like the level 56 druid who comes as heals and not one piece of spell power gear on them they think agi and stam is the way to go when im on my warrior tank........then gets mad they have to drink every pull.
