Hi All,

My armoury is in signature (Samirian).... I am unsure whether to get the 251 set shoulders or get more emblems for non set gear. I am not sure how far I'll go into raiding. For the moment I am still doing 2nd wind of ICC 10 man. So pretty basic.

I know I could spend them on the trinket... still...

So basically I am at a loss. Don't have mana problems, just fyi :)

I know I'm being a bit vague, but I am pretty lost.

Any advice would be welcome.

Any advice would be welcome.Honestly, put some more thought into this. Reframe your post as a multiple choice test, and you'll surely get intelligent responses. What are the pros and cons of the options in front of you?

I know it's hard. I struggled hard with it for two months. I had over 200 emblems saved up before I made sense of it.

Problem is I do not really know.

First thing you would think needs an upgrade is the trinket (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40685) to be changed with (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50358).
Nonetheless I think my haste is a bit too low, and the Egg might just do it.

I was thinking of going for the 251 tier set and start from http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50767
but I was wondering if should wait get more emblems and start from http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50768 since it is the lowest piece I have (of clothing I mean) and I can change without breaking the bonus from the 232 set pieces (I have gloves and leggings).

But, since I do not know how fare I will go into raiding, I was wondering if it would be better to get the non set pieces, that is to say the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50172 series

The badge items are pretty well designed on a cost/benefit scale. In other words, the benefit-per-badge-spent is pretty consistent across the board, all other things being equal. So you should consider upgrading your lowest iLevel items first (and the trinket looks like a good bet).

Also, tier gear is not very good at all, and the bonuses are definitely bad. If you won't be doing ICC25 regularly, just buy the offset emblem gear, like Meteor Chaser's. If you must upgrade shoulders or helm, look at the shadow tier pieces, which are better optimized for disc.

Ok i'm no priest so take this for but a grain of sand. The 2pc T9 seems too good to give up, however if you went and got the t9 helm and chest then here is the item comparison to show the end result.

If you had them then i would say its worth it, but before hand its entirely your choice...

It's really worth it only if I spend 100 emblems + money for gems on the new 232 set pieces... I don't really think that's the critical improvement to my gear though.
