You're low on gear, they will see your low HP and focus you. Your partner has to help with peels, you have to help yourself with CC.
Druids don't just heal thru damage, they control the damage. They will always try to burst you because that is where resto is vulnerable.
I'm willing to bet you are just at or below 2k spellpower as well, am I close?
You need gear. Full furious at least and wrathful/relentless offset pieces.

Any normal resto druid+dps would work.
Warlock, warrior, dk, rogue, hunter... Even shadow priest or ele sham if they're good.
1800 in 2's is all about having a partner that can think clearly and obey the key rules to winning in 2's.

24-26k health, 1400 resilience is what most druids are when they start being called "unkillable" and even then it's a misleading label. Not to mention that 50% of the fight is on your partners shoulders, and that you just started.
Suppose i'll say this after that, cyclone, roots, they are two of the most used abilities by good resto druids, i'm not entirely sure how to use them myself, but i have seen others use them to confound 2 or more people at once and to absolutely deny damage to themselves and their partners. Experiment with them they are the two tools i most hate used against me.
