Buy everything buyable with triumph emblems, that is 245 helmet, t9 gloves, legs and chest (unless you want 4p set bonus than just buy 232 t9 helmet). 245 sigil. 245 armor trinket. Than you can downgrade and buy a 213 cloak and 213 ring.
Never gem for STR. Never gem for pure dodge either. If you need to gem red (for meta) use exp/sta gem instead. Fix your gems. Get some enchants (you can find the list in the helpful threads above). Change your starting sigil/trinket asap.
