Are you playing with the default UI? If not, try disabling all your add-ons just long enough to turn in the quest.

As Arkayn said... disable all add-ons and try... If it does not work, you may have to abandon the current completed quest and pick up the new one. Its better to be down one daily, then to miss out on multiple future daily's.
