[Idea] WoW Character Reputation Site?

Hello everybodeh!
I've been thinking about creating a "character reputation site".
It's basically a site where you can rate characters (+ or -).
Example 1; Somebody leaves for no reason in the middle of an instance = Give him a -
Example 2; You play an instance and get a few DE-rolls. The group's enchanter offers 2 mins of his time after the instance to enchant your item = Give him a +
I've also thought about creating an addon to easily do this ingame.
What's your thought about it?

I like it. You might want to enforce some restrictions like one vote per character at level 40+ though, and you'd need to make sure votes are linked to characters so one person can't ruin another's reputation.
Call it RepScore. >.<

Verifies you own the character by making you wear some specific cloth vendor items, then you can rate other people.

Bad idea is bad.
Care to elaborate? Is there something fundamental I'm missing here?
In my opinion, it's a good idea that needs to be executed properly. If it's not executed properly, bad execution will be bad.

Main problem is that if not enough people use it, it's not accurate. For example, in ZarkMark (linked by Gryphon), only a small group of friends might use it. That group could all uprate each other, and downrate those that they don't like. Then a person who looks at people on that sever will see a handful of players with a decent rating, and a handful with a poor rating. Guess who that person might want to group with?

if unpopular, then it wouldn't be very accurate. If popular, entire guilds would downrate X person for Y action(regardless of how silly Y action is and how good X person is) and put them into the negative by dozens.
