I've got a *!@#ty comp as well, but the addons won't impact your game play that much tbh
all you need to do is stay away from addons that uses a lot of resources, but there's not many of those addons
just stick to what you need, don't clutter with crap like ping notifier or somethin
to replace those addons though, you could use
Skada(dmg meters) and AzCastBars.
they're the only ones you "need" to replace, but seriously, those addons wont impact your game play that much(save for recount perhaps)

Are you kidding? Recount's data logging and analysis features are probably the most intensive thing you could possibly be running in combat :P

Ditch Recount for Skada, turn off everything and then re-enable only the features you need. That alone will free up tons of resources.
