In every hunter spec, there are at least 3-5 points that are debatable. Either they'll work better in some circumstances than others, or their relative DPS value varies with gear.
Your talents are fine, and any change will probably have a minimal effect on your DPS.
SV is highly dependent on good timing when firing from LnL procs, making sure that Explosive Shot is always kept on cooldown, and forcing LnL procs (by trapping ads) when possible. As long as you're doing those things, the floater talents that vary from spec to spec will not cost you (or gain you) much.

As a comment on TheRazorsEdge's post: Yes, Explosive Shot should be kept on Cooldown -- that's how priority systems work. However, the key to getting maximum dps from Explosive Shot is waiting ~.5 seconds before shooting it again when Lock and Load procs. This way, you don't cut off the last tick of the Explosive Shot dot which was up before that.
That's exactly what I meant by "good timing on LnL procs". I assume you already know that since you hit the EJ forums, but pikkidodo is dead-on here. You want your next ExS to land as soon as possible after the last DoT tick.
If your timing is not consistent, there's only one way to get better: Practice makes perfect.
