1)Armor Penatration is being removed from items and instead being added to the path of titans system
2)Attack power is being removed from items and instead agility now grants 2 attack power per 1 point of agility
3)All passive talents are being removed from the talent trees:
They are being added to the path of titans system
Talent trees are being updated to be more enjoyable
4)Energy regen is now affected by haste rating
Some from the top of my head which i read somewhere.

in addition to that most talents are getting major overhaul , removing the passive talents that are mandatory in most builds

The passive talents are actually becoming a passive part of assigning talents to the tree. In other words, as you place points in Combat, you'll get a passive boost to Melee damage, Armor Penetration, and say, Melee crit. There are some screenshots in the Cataclysm preview on here that demonstrate this passive talent bonus system. ArPen will be one of those.
But yes, besides that, the talent trees are being heavily overhauled to add more personal choices and more "fun" talents to the tree. (Like Juggernaut or Body and Soul, to use Blizz's examples.)
There may also be some passive bonuses in the Path of the Titans system, but from what I've seen it's almost like a second set of fancy trinkets. (Breakthrough = 10% more damage for 10 seconds, usable after a crit.)
