If you stopped why you come back? Look im not 80, and until I get there im stuck helping my friend who has an 80 that we 'share'.
Yes gear has an influence on how things go down in pvp, but at the same time its also about how well you know your class and the basics of other classes. You seem to know how hunters work, and you plan on rolling one your self (you posted a thread about it). So use that to your advantage. You know when they will use their defensive CDs. So work around it.
Im a 74 hunter on my account and I do BGs when im tired of questing. yeah im at the bottom of the food chain, and my gear is nothing, but I play my hunter like Im suppose to, and do my dmg before they get me. I know how all the classes work, and what to do against them. You seem to know how hunters roll, again use that knowledge.
I guess Im a troll, according to someone, but i dont like being told my class is OP by someone that cant handle them-selves.

Hopsy, I admire your valor for defending your fellow warrior. Let me dip a little bit into the warrior class for a second.
You say you dont have the lux. of spamming HS? The more dmg you take the more rage you gen., correct? If that is true than the constant dmg from our pet should be pleantly of rage gen. Also, smart warriors will use bloodrage, with or without being spec'd or glyphed into it, before a charge, so this allows for the use of Intimidating Shout

So we can DE and trap, you Zerker and Intercept, the trap goes off, but we are still HS'd. And you've got enough rage to spam it one more time. Assuming you've got points in Tactical Mastery

. So if we get away, you still have a ranged attack. Plus, I dont think this costs any rage. Its a mobile attack, crit able, rage-less, and a low CD.
Why cant you trinket out of a frost trap? Or use Zerker Rage? The trinket removes all movement impairing effects right? Rage make you immune?
I just gave an example of how a warrior can force all of our defensive CDs all in about 10-15 seconds. 7 of which you will have no pet attacking and us in melee range. Thanks to IS.

Our melee attacks do nothing when compared to a Warriors. Tis true we can melee to an extent, but taking into plate vs mail, also assuming you stack str and armor pen.+ being maces spec'd you're goin to do a significant amount more dmg than we will to you. Tis also true that our melee isnt worth a damn, but HT has its utility and has more use to you than our melee has use to us. The other Warrior throw is also nice. Down side is the 1.5 cast time, but its a ranged Sunder. So we can slow you, but I think its Shattering Throw, before an Intercept will cause more trouble than its worth. Again assuming your mace spec'd and stacking Armor Pen.
As to your LoS comment. As true as it is that we cant hit you if we cant see you, there is only one map that plays in a hunters favor. The Ring of Valor. All the other maps you can just drop of our radar (Ruins is a lil harder, but can be done. Tomb FTW lol). With that said we have to come to you, and that is risky business. (Odd how we are talking as if we are 1v1 lol). Also while you are off our radar our pets are at your mercy. Im not sayin your going to blow Storm on our pets, but if you drop the pet, we lose a little adavantage of you.
You say you never see a Warrior use Bloodrage? Why wouldnt they? Gettin the minor glyph will prevent the HP loss, and its instant rage and rage over time. Sounds like a plan to me. Than theres the rage from the charge. I think it would be enough to open with Ham. And the rage gen. would allow for the shout.
I like to think im making viable points here. If im wrong correct me.

Actually I think he was referring to the opener bloodrage+charge+ intimidating shout, with emphasis on the intimidating shout not bloodrage. That shout is pretty much the only cc a arms warrior has and is better served to try and get a distance to get a charge, or give the healer some time to heal you.

And there's this annoying bug in this arena, that pet is stuck on starting zone if summoned in the beginning of fight or before it starts, not after exiting starting square.

Hopsy you just repeated my Strat. Look at it this way. The best way to lock down someone is to get them to blow all there defensive CDs. We hunters blow Det. and Dis. and you get in range we are weak. As a hunter your-self you know this. That been said, using the shout early will force our trinket, waste our Dis. and lay a trap, Dance into an intercept trip the trap and trinket out, we pop Det., and when it wears off concider us dead. All of our Defensive CDs are down, and we cant do mucht o stop you from spanking us like a 5yr old in K-Mart
Sometimes using things like IS early can turn the tides. Besides im sure any hunter would be shocked if you hit and/or crit after they Dis. Warriors, like all classes, have that one unexpected card up their sleeve. Just gotta know when to play it.
