I will add more content, but if you could let us know what type of arena you'll be running (2s, 3s or 5s) and with what compo (class/spec of yourself and teammates), the tips would be more specific.
I was thinking 2v2 with rogue as partner but not sure on 3v3 partners and dont have the experience to do 5v5s effectively.
If your doing 2s with a rogue, haste/crit/hit is needed as you will be doing some added dps for kills. Especially if your rogue is smart an you can dps during stuns.
Remove 2/2 Martyrdom
Remove 3/3 Improved renew
Remove 5/5 Spell warding
Change to 3/5 Holy Spec
5/5 Divine Fury
2/2 Searing Light
Those would be the changes I would make, because you decreased cast time along with increased dmg output from specing into it, along with a glyph change or two will help tremendously in 2s.
I spec'd this when I wasn't running dispel cleave, an I put out about 20-40 k dps, with the rogues 30-40 k dps.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#bxsbuhGVRIofbRtbLtc0b:ATf0zVis what i changed it around to, the martyrdom imp renew and spell warding wasnt enough to give me 5 divine fury and 2 searing light so i took out 1 in silent resolve and that gave me enough.

That's pretty good from a glance, but move one point from Renewed hope an put it back into silent resolve.
Silent resolve is one of my most favorite talents.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#bxIbhhhVRIosbRtbLtc0bThis is what I came up with, there are 2 points left over, notice no imp Mana burn or Inner focus, mainly because you will be burning targets to, versus draining.
Its your CALL, try variants of what fits the best. I never have used inner focus because I don't like IWIN buttons, especially ones that can be dispelled.
Also considering your gear, if you have more crit, say 15% plus or if you had 17% - 20% crit an large amounts of haste, divine aegis IMO would be a huge must. Do to its dispel able creating another spell buffer, but it also proc's on crits.
Hope I haven't overloaded you on info, but again, try variants; see what fits, an feels right.
Alright thanks, I think I will mess around with the talents when I hit 80 ofcourse, but untill then I'll try try out a couple different ideas. Tyvm.

Alright, for startes, drop the Glyph of Renew. While the hastened Renew effect might lead to more ticks of Renew being applied, which in itself is a good thing, that 3rd Glyph slot would be better used by the Glyph of Inner Fire, especially at lower gear (resilience) levels. Another candidate could have been the Glyph of Smite, but since you didn't go for a Smite spec, I'll assume that wouldn't be as useful as the survivability Glyph of Inner Fire would give you. Minor Glyph of Shackle Undead would be better spent than Fading or Levitate, but that wil only be useful if you're one to Shackle a DK's pet.
Other than that, talent-wise, you have a decent looking spec for a Mana Burning / Healing Disc Priest. Depending on your compo, a lot of players choose to go into a little more aggresive "Smite" spec, for which you'd want your Holy tree to look like
this (add the Glyph of Smite too), but depending on a lot of factors, including your playing style, that might not be what you're looking for, so I'll stick with your 57/14 approach, which is actually what I'm using for my 2s with a Ret Pally at the moment.
Alright, for that 57/14 spec, you've got all the "essentials", but I'm not sure about some of the decisions for the "optional" talents. While there's no "right" spec for Arenas, you have to ask yourself what will benefit you more on most fights, while taking your own playing style into account, so the exact spec will vary from a Priest to the other. So while I will give my opinion, the ultimate decision is yours.
Inner Focus? I personally never use it in 2s, but in 5s, a IFed Divine Hymn can be godly. Thing is, besides Divine Hymn, there's no spell that will win you a game that justifies picking this talent up, in my humble opinion, but if you're one who uses it on every CD, the extra mana longevity will definately help.
Martyrdom? While it is a great defensive talent to have against some classes (kick, counterspell, mind freeze, pummel, wind shear, spell lock) it will be close to useless against many others. If you find yourself in a situation where an interrupt costs you the game often, then take this, otherwise, you don't really need it. In between shields and fears, not to mention your teammate's help, you shouldn't need this to survive, but at lower gear levels, I'd assume it might be nice for survival.
Silent Resolve? If someone wants to Dispel/Purge something off you, they will. This talent only makes it harder (take longer) for them to do so. Not a bad choice by any means, but then again, while it is great to have against Priests, Shamans, Paladins and even Mages, it is close to useless against most other classes. However, you'll be facing Priests often, and just like Imp. Mana Burn, its in situations where you face a Priest specced into this that you will regret not having it.
Absolution? Once again, a situational talent. If you find you spend most of your games Dispeling stuff (play a Warlock + Mage combo in 2s...), this will help keep your mana up a little longer, but against most classes, it is useless, or close to, anyways. Not really worth it in my humble opinion, but then again, picking it up can be easily justified if one struggles against the exact classes this is better against.
Reflective Shield? A personal favorite, I don't think I can give an unbiased appreciation of this talent. Simply put, it's my #1 damage dealing spell in about half the matches (those where I am under constant pressure), at high gear level (3k+ Spell Power), PW:S shields ~8k damage, so the Reflective Shield reflects over 3.5k damage. The smaller your team, the better the odds you are constantly getting hit by someone, making this a very useful talent, however, in 5s or even in CC heavy smaller teams, where you might not get hit as much, this might end up not being so profitable.
Renewed Hope / Divine Aegis / Grace? A lot of people will put only one point in all of these for Dispel buffer, but I personally like to have Renewhed Hope and Divine Aegis up a lot, while my low crit% can't justify the use of Divine Aegis. Still, if you find you often lose because your buffs were Dispeled/Purged (especially PW:S...), then put at least one point in each. Personally, I love Grace's synergy with Penance and always go 2/2 Grace, but if you only have 1/2, you have odds the "keep" your active stacks on your "main" target (usually yourself) when you throw a single heal on another target, which is a nice trick, but, personally, I prefer the reliability of having 2 points into it. The same reasoning applies to Renewed Hope, while I could care less about the crit% it gives, I simply don't want to fail proccing the 3% mitigation in 2s. Having a single talent point in this means 25% of the time, when you shield 2 targets, you won't get a proc. On larger teams or if you don't care all that much about the extra 3% mitigation, 1 point is enough.
tl:dr: I'd personally drop the Glyph of Renew and replace it with a Glyph of Inner Fire, drop Martyrdom and Inner Focus to get Reflective Shields and get either 1/3 Divine Aegis or 3/3 Silent Resolve, although you can also keep Inner Focus if you find you use it a lot.
Edit: Considering you'll run with a Rogue, definately go Smite. Your rogue teammate will try to lock one opponent out with Sap -> Blind -> Gouge, etc..., meanwhile, you'll want to open by Dispeling everything you can, then, pop Power Infusion and either apply your DoTs or go straight to nuking mode with a Holy Fire -> Smite -> SW:D combo (add more Smites if required and if you refresh PW:S, go Penance before using another cast spell, to take advantage of Borrowed Time). More often than not, you'll manage to burn the first guy down while the other one is still CCed. If not, Psychic Scream (both if possible, but only the healer otherwise) and resume the nuking, by this time, Holy Fire should be ready. You can also throw in Mind Blasts (to avoid getting locked out of your Holy school by interrupts) or Mana Burns (if the guy has 30k+ mana, I met with a Pally that ran 2v2s with 39k mana yesterday, true story...).
Try this.
