You're right at the edge where both specs are going to be nearly equal.
I'd look more at your raid comp to see what would be best. Do you have a shadow priest or ret pally to provide Replenishment? If not, stay SV with Hunting Party. Do you have a blood DK or an enhancement shaman for the +10 AP buff? If not, go MM for Trueshot Aura.
If both buffs are already present, then make a determination based on personal DPS or play style.
Even then, I'd lean toward covering whichever buff doesn't have a backup. That way if your DK dies (or can't make the raid that night), you're still providing it.
