Ok, well, I had three 80's, and I "gave my account to someone" a couple weeks after Ulduar came out, and now i'm back, and just dinged 80.
WTF DO I DO? I have no idea what all these new dungeons and raids are, and the new LFG won't let me queue up for heroics.
Can someone spell this out for me? Where do I begin?

The quotation marks around gave my account to someone imply that you didn't really give your account to somebody, you probably sold it.
Edit: Anyways: There are only two new raids, what's hard to comprehend?

my account was compromised by my brothers friend, and my brother helped him change all the info because he knew the answers to my security questions, and blizzard had no choice but to assume

Nothing's new - You get 2 Frost for completing the first random heroic you do every day, 5 Frost, 5 Triumph for the weekly raid boss, 2 Triumph for every heroic you do after the first, a Triumph badge for every heroic and raid boss below ICC (bosses in ICC and Toravon drop Frost instead). Frost > Triumph > Valor > Heroism. Heroism's pretty much crap now except for heirlooms, the Valor rings are still nice, Conquest has decent necklaces, Triumph has better quality rings and your T9, which tends to be what most entry-level people are in now. T10 is the highest you can go, with 3 levels - regular (bought with Frost), sanctified (regular piece upgraded with a drop off ICC bosses), and heroic sanctified (sanctified upgraded with a drop off heroic ICC bosses).
However, if you've been stuck without your account since TBC, it's pretty basic. There's a 10- and 25-man version of every piece of tier gear, and the 25-man versions tend to be slightly better. It used to be that the type of emblem you'd get depended on what you were doing, but they've since simplified it to something resembling the Badges of Justice, but with 2 ranks. Emblems can be downgraded 1-for-1, but can't be upgraded. Unlike the drop off end bosses in TBC heroics (don't remember the name), Frozen Orbs are better off going to a vendor than the auction house (hell, on my server you'd get less on the AH after fees.. assuming it even sells).
