Well, technically speaking, it's just a matter of telling it which unit to check. You could modify any of them to do what you want.

Probably any cooldown checking addon, as he said: It's just a matter of changing the unit into what you want. Why would you want this anyway?

Didnt really get that part, sorry ignayshus. Why dont you just use Afflicted or similar, or do you only want to track friendly cd's?

What I meant is that he probably targets one of his arena teammates (like the one that provides Mortal Strike) and has his abilities set to:
/cast Fireball
That way when a switch is made, he's always attacking the correct target regardless if he's paying attention.
Assuming this is the case, he'd want the addon so that he knows what that specific target's cooldowns are without having to visually sift through an addon like natur's enemy castbars that shows ALL the cooldowns of the enemy team.

Use focus for your "target"? This way you can have a target, but macros connected to your focus.
