and how much Spell penetration do i need ?
You need spell penetration to negate your foes resiatnce. 1 point of pen per 1 point of resiatance.

quoting wowwiki on that:
In PvP, good spell penetration values are 54 (to counter unimproved Mark of the Wild, 75 if the druid spent two points in Improved Mark of the Wild) and 130 (to counter various single-school resistance buffs, such as the Paladin's resistance auras); these are usually enough. 50 will often do for 'occasional' PvP.

my spell power is good enuf i think but more Sp = more Lvb BOOMs
There is no such thing as enough spell power.
so for blue and yellow sockets ? haste or crit
Deff haste.

Both are nice, the other one is more bursty, however i wouldnt use it for arenas.
