Squawk Problem and advice for hot/dot add on

I really like everything that Squawk and Awe does, but i have one major gripe about it. Barkskin and Innervate share a cooldown bar. These are two of my most used cooldowns and I rarely can see them both simultaneously. Is there any fix for this in SaA or maybe a replacement that is just as functional that could solve this problem?
Also, I am looking for an add-on to track hots and dots. I have looked around a bit but have not found anything promising, so if you have a suggestion please let me know. Ideally i would like to pick and choose what buffs/debuffs hots and dots will be displayed if they are active as well as be able to manage the unit frames to move them around where i see fit.
Thanks

Thanks for the tips. As it so happens, I am becoming a crazy macro/keybind guy, but i still have my bars visible until I hit 80 and have them set how i want them and learn them well enough. I will look into OmniCC. As for the raid frame, I guess I am looking for something more along those lines. As it stands now I typically have the tank targeted all the time and all my of healing is with mouseover, but I would ideally like to be able ot move/resize the frame as well as get rid of non-class buffs that i have no control over, just to clean it up.
Also, if anyone has the macro for announcing a spell in chat when cast, I would appreciate it. I have googled a few and none of them work like I want. I am asking specifically for innervate, so that when I cast it on another player it announces in chat that they have been innervated, and I dont really care either way if it announces if self cast or not. Also, does anyone have any tips on how to get out of the habit of innverating other ppl when you dont want to? right now i keep inn'ing the tank, so I am thikning about switching innervate to mouseover too, but i really dont like having to mouseover target myself for heals, let alone something like innervate.
Thanks

sorry for not giving out all the info. I am playing a boomkin currently spec'd only to be balance, but i want to dual spec into healing as soon as I can afford it after cold weather and epic flight. You were right, I am using the default frames with mouseover macros. I like that much better than heal bot. In use a Razer Naga, so I would rather just have more buttons to use with a little more freedom than to also bind right and left click with healbot and have to deal with their interface. If it ends up being that I like the layout for looking at buffs/debuffs hots and dots then so be it.
Need to Know was an excellent suggestion, i have not messed with it much but I got it to do the only thing i needed it to in about 30 seconds. Awesome, thanks.
Looks like I may be in over my head with unit frames, have to wait til I have more time to deal with it.
Thanks a lot for the help.

NTK is great, very configurable and probably teh easiest most useful add on I use, better than Squawk and Awe IMO. I think I am going to disable SnA, but since i have used it the whole time, i don't know what visual effects are from the addon and what is default, ie- i get a moon/sun above my head when eclipse procs. Recently started configuring xperl and is going well for party management, just a little busy/crowded, taking some configuration and getting used to.
I will make another thread if it goes unanswered here, but how can i a show party roles by the portraits in xperl? Also, is there a way to make Owlkin Frenzy a bit more noticeable, ie a visual icon or bar other than default. Procs may even be an option in NTK, didnt think to look at its realm down.

To answer the original question, there's an option in S&A that will allow you to stack or unstack certain buffs and debuffs. I'm not at my WoW computer at the moment so I don't know the exact location, but for cooldowns like barkskin, innervate, FoN, and Starfall, the default setting is to stack them.
