Fire is bad in heroics.
Before you cast anything all is dead. There is no time for your LB to tick whole duration and explode, there is no time for your Ignite damage to tick whole duration. There is no time for many things - sometimes there will be no living target up for your instant pyro proc.
The more dps the group has, the harder it is to get better numbers.
