Translation with online translators fails.
What he is complaining about is that apparently stats on two-handed axes for the Horde are worse than the Alliance counterpart. So he's asking which faction is Blizzard's preferred one.
However these forums are English only so you should post in English next time.

Sorry, this is a English speaking forum only. Also, I don't think Blizzard has any bias to Horde or Alliance and I'm sure tons of people would love to argue with me on that one but I can assure you I care probably as little as they do. ;)
