If i wasnt human I would go for it since I can get good pve offsets from raids but i wouldnt recommend any non raiding rogue to go for it. The 153 resi can allow you to get 2-3 more PvE offsets for more damage which is a pretty sweet deal.

But alas I am human and must be content with battlemasters and my poor old hc deaths verdict :<

So yeah I went and got this, my logic being that I was picking up so much AP with decent pve offpieces that it really wasnt logical to hold on to outdated titan-forged any longer for the 190 AP.
