After getting your hit/exp requirements, your most important stat as a bear tank is Stam. The more of it you have, the more your healers will love you for it.
This is why you should not shy away from having the typical tanking items that have gobs of Stam... and Str. Those include the neck, back, and rings. Just make sure they don't have any wasted stats like Parry/Block. Definitely stay away from the DPS ones that have Agil on them; They'll give you a glass jaw, which will put unnecessary strain on your healers. Besides, Str has some value for us as well, as it gives us attack power, which in turn translates to more threat. Something your DPS pals will appreciate.
That said, here are my suggestions:
Trinkets
Corroded Skeleton Key
Fervor of the Frostborn
Rings
Ashen tanking ring
Triumph tanking ring
Neck
Either of those 245's, but not the agi ones

Import your caracther from armory, select buff/debuff you have in your raid(dont forget to put chill of the throne, put the damage level to Tier 9 heroic, then select in the right panel all gear you have. Then you can go in the option menu to select optimize gear. It will select the best setup of gear.
Also it will be a great tool to compare gear.
