the simplest thing i can think of is
/cast charge
/cast Demoralizing shout
Im sure there is a better way to cast them but i think thats the simple way to do it

This wont work as both of these abilities invoke a global cd.
To the OP. Why would you want to cast Demo in first place? Which spec are you?
/castsequence charge, demoralising shout

Actually, charge is not on the GCD, so the /cast charge; /cast demoralizing shout macro does work. However, if you don't have enough rage before the charge, you won't cast the demo shout, since you don't get the rage from charge until you actually reach the target. If you DO have enough rage, then it will cast the demo at the same time as you cast the charge, out in space and not in the pack.. When I tested it on target dummies, it would charge and demo shout, but the demo shout debuff would NOT go on the dummy (because I cast it at the starting spot, not where I ended up).

Charges tend to have a separate gcd shared only with other charges similar to how taunts do.
I get the intent of charge+demo shout to build initial aggro and reduce the group's AP right off the bat but it'd be a better use of time to spend the first ~5 seconds focusing purely on building up threat so dps can start doing what they do and then getting demo shout in there once yo've got enough threat for them to get started.
As Porcell pointed out macroing the two together with available rage will cause you to shout off in dead space wasting rage.

It will surely reduce the AP of the group. As for the agro...not really.. 90 threat divided by number of targets. Thunder clap is much better threatwise and mitigationwise.
but it'd be a better use of time to spend the first ~5 seconds focusing purely on building up threat so dps can start doing what they do and then getting demo shout in there once yo've got enough threat for them to get started.
I rarely use demo shout on packs. Waste of GCD usually.

but it has a range and a cd.!
The fact it has cd should tell you about its usefullnes. Should be off the cd asap.
As for its range. Demo shout has 10y without Booming voice. 15 with. Thunderclap glyphed (its a minor glyph and there is no reason for you not to have it) is (surprise!) 10y range.
edit; by the way a demo can actually be a very good opener if the pack is spread out.! and in my opnion a good aoe warrior tank has to use every ability to do so..!"...
Demo is worst opener ever. It does close to zero threat, its damage reduction is far worse than Thunderclap and it does a GCD.
Good warrior tank should use the abilities that have cds before the abilities that are spamable.
Anyway, you obviously know better so there is no point in trying to convince you. Keep failing if you wish. Its non of my business.

That is why I would had liked a macro which putted a demo out there immediatly after i had charged! like i posted before if i could spare that extra click and those 2 seconds.. would be rather wonderfully.!, obviosly you havn't been reading my post correctly..! I have no intention in spam-clicking demo, and i havn't said i would"!.. but not using a skill like demo on a boss would be quite fail,
if you are the only one to put such debuff on it.! I
You obviously dont have a clue about warrior mechanics i dont see a point in discussing the matter with you.
Also your bolded part actually shows how you change the topic after having no logical arguments on the right topic. We are talking about packs and all the sudden you come with a boss.
Edit; But as i've read so far my idea of having a charge/demo macro dosn't work due to it will be casted before i've reached the pack/boss-!
Either its casted before, or its cast after. It does GCD, charge takes less than a second. It really doesnt matter from the GCD point of view whether you cast it before or after. It doesnt save you anything - you still have to wait the GCD.
Like i said you clearly have no clue...
