There's a sticky that would teach you to make your own macro quite easily
Since you probably won't read the sticky the macro you want is...
/cast Icebound Fortitude
/cast Anti-Magic Shell

However, you will have to hit the macro twice, it will not cast 2 spells at the same time. No macro will, the designers made it that way. The macro above is the simplest and will work, but you will need to hit it twice.

You are wrong, deckyon. Both spells will be cast in one click if they're on different GCDs, if they are not only the first will be cast and the second one will throw a "Spell is not ready yet" error.
If a spell or spell combination is not obeying these rules - it's a bug.
