Most of your gear is Ulduar or greater in iLvl... the only thing I see is that you may want to invest the badges into a Libram of Renewal if you have them... if you don't have them now, then get it when you do. If your Tank isn't overgeared for Uld, then you will be casting HL in there and that will help your mana stretch further. There's also a few other badge purchases (iLvl 245 ring and Int trinket) but since you have blues equipped in those slots I imagine you know this and just haven't accumulated enough badges.
Your spec is good... it's been a while since i ran Ulduar so I can't remember the mechanics of every fight, but it seems like you should find a way to get 1 point in Aura Mastery for the damage reduction... I know in fights like Ignis and even razorscale you could use it to mitigate some fire damage... Maybe 1 point from Imp BOW or Imp LoH (which is also a good cooldown for Mimron, so maybe not there).
I don't think you should have any problems in there though.

Yes your gear is good enough, hell its even better then people had when Uld was new. BUT get yourself enchanted, and change those darn gems to yellow INT gems :D
Also if you have emblems over you should get the iLVL200 libram (that reduces holy light manacost) since you will be spamming holy light.
Other then that it looks ok, maybee a slight change of your talents in prot, but thats nothing to worry about really.
Try to free up at least 3 points for aura mastery and IMP. LoH, personally i also prefer to have imp conc aura, but then im also usually running wuith a pally tank.

You're matching socket bonuses in some places where it isn't worth doing so, and so your mana is slightly low. Libram of Renewal would help there, though.
I assume you've changed your spec since vexxon commented since you have LoH now, but you really should have Aura Mastery. On fights with frost, fire, or shadow damage it's much better than DiSac/DiGuard in every respect.
Glyph of Divinity isn't going to save you as much mana as glyph of beacon, especially since self casting LoH got nerfed and casting it on your tank got buffed.
I would swap out of Toughness for Imp. RF since you'll almost never be taking any physical damage whatsoever. That's hardly make or break though.
T9 bonuses are terrible. Some of the gear is fine but ignore the bonuses and the fact that it's Tier gear completely for gearing. The two piece is the first bonus I've ever seen which actively discouraged healers from managing their mana.

The +128 INT Resurgence trinket is really nice... a big chunk of INT and if you use the on use 599Sp along with Divine Plea it helps boost your healing a bit while you are regenning mana in a tight spot.
Given todays aggro generation on tanks I doubt you are going to pull healing aggro with RF on... you might wait a second or two before you judge the first mob though depending on your tank.
I have found it much better to have my SS and BoL timing seperated... now it is only 1GCD to refresh one and then 30 seconds later another GCD... before it was 2 GCD's of not healing to put them back up... I wasn't comfortable with that and would let one (usually SS) wait. If you are rarely ever using LoH, then that's an even stronger reason to use the Beacon glyph... you will save more mana and have a higher quality of life with the longer cooldown.

This is a good response to the beacon glyph.
As for RF: On fights with lots of little adds that tanks might not easily be able to taunt, you might cause yourself problems. I guarantee a tank will outaggro you permanently after landing two hits on anything though.
Imp. LoH is a fantastic spell for the mini shield wall. Soft enrages, upcoming big attacks, etc., can all be avoided with that cooldown. I wouldn't take a point out of DiGuard because you need that to make DiSac worthwhile. As I recall, in my spec I have 1/2 Imp. BoW because no one has ever yelled at me that their mp5 is 8 lower than usual yet.

Oh yeah. I wouldn't recommend putting Imp RF up on, say, the first two bosses of H HoR.

Okay, I can shift the point from Improved BoW then. I didn't realize it was so little. I just always get worried when I'm on any of my healers and people keep telling me that my mp5 is low so I figured I needed the 2 points in it. Problem might be that all my healers except druid are pretty much replenishment based for regen or crit based as my shaman is.
That's just confusion on your other healer's parts. I hear the other healers talking of upwards of 1000mp5... with trinkets going and BoW i sit around 500 and do just fine. Our massive mana pools make replenishment more effective for us... A lot of people mistakenly beleive that all healers need roughly the same stats... Matticus was complaining about how his Paladidn didn't have the 4000sp he thought it should have after dealing mainly with priest heals... he didnt' realize that our heals are so powerful that havign 4000SP in a typicaly Holy build (I.E. not a FoL centered build) would not ever stack enough spell power to push 4000. I would imagine the same holds true with perceptions of Mp5.
