Question on RPs

I was thinking of making and RP, and had a kinda interesting idea. The characters of the group face an increadibly powerful character, PC or NPC, and they can only fight it together? Does this seem like an issue or no.

Depends on how many people. Also remember, RP's are all about improvising. An example of this is how when Adamsm (You'll never hear the end of this :D) made an Old God at full power, so I got my Demon-Hunter to go Medivh and have a fragment of Sargeras enter his body. Another is Awakening of the Old Gods. The Old Gods are the second most powerful beings on Azeroth, but we'll manage.

Just remember that by limiting your RP, you limit its shelf-life.
