Starting up my hunter again, need advice

Hey all, I'm starting to play my hunter again that I haven't played since 3.2 came out. I have experience raiding naxx, OS, VoA, and the beginning of ulduar. I want to get back into raiding and whatnot, and I'm wondering what I should do in terms of gear and spec. Here's my armory:
