Tear apart my fury warrior? [Armory Linked]

Hello all, can you tear my warrior apart? I'm not in a raiding guild, so direct upgrades are fairly limited. Though sometimes get into decent PUGs with a few friends.

looks like you're ready to raid to me, except a couple things...

UW is not great - in fact it's very, very weak. commanding presence is much, much better unless you know 100% for sure that someone else will provide the buff. move 2 points from cleave to booming voice to fill the bottom tier.

is your meta active? it would appear not to be. you have two choices to fix that:

1) switch to the agility meta. you will only lose a small amount of crit in doing so.

2) replace one strength gem in your legs or chest with str/stam. you will lose 4 strength in doing so.

your choice which one appeals to you more, the actual difference in dps will be small. the nice thing about the agility meta is one nightmare tear takes care of all the gem requirements.

Well, I just got lucky with some pugs as well as running ToGC with a friend's guild and got Reckoning. I got Bryntroll in an ICC25 pug last week, and won the boots yesterday in a ICC25 as well as a mark to upgrade a T10 piece. I was hoping to upgrade 232 shoulders to these shoulders, but the 2 piece is still too good to give up according to Landsouls, so I think I'll be picking up the T10 helm, upgrading it to the 264, and just hold onto the shoulders for a while longer, hopefully I'll be able to upgrade them to 245 at least.

This leaves a gap in expertise, so I'll be slapping 3 +20 Expertise in my gear to get me to cap.
