Spreadsheet for the correct answer...but just off top of my head, if you're combat you prob won't want the legs due to the expertise they carry. Head and chest are better. Mut-wise, look at the shoulders, gloves and legs, depending on your exp rating...if you're using the same pieces for 2pc mut
and
combat sets, shoulders and gloves are prob best bet as they don't have expertise or arpen (happy medium) to slight eachother.
But again, stop looking for people here to hold your hand...you're a big boy, do the work yourself...it'll help you in the long run.

I went with shoulders because of the lack of hit I had, then the head.

Is easy to obtain and gives excellent gains for its' iLevel. The gloves suck, and I found that with the 2 set bonus, the head is decent, but without gaining the 2 set bonus, my spreadsheet shows me only a 3 dps increase for it. I have played with the combinations, and until we are doing 25 man regularly and I can get the tier token for the chest, the chest above is your best bet.
As for the legs, the crafted ones, with my hit rating, show to be one slot below BiS, ONE spot lower than the 277 heroic legs, so those are def my next investment.
here is my armory to get an idea of what I did. This was an alt up until a few weeks ago. I am hoping the frigid chest drops for me, otherwise, not really worried about the chest enchant.

The spreadsheet is amazing. It makes things so much more clear when you play with gear and I am doing much higher dps with just a few changes.

An additional tidbit, BIS gear for Combat includes the
offset gloves
, and for Mutilate includes the
offset chest
. So don't take those bits.
Additionally, going immediately for 2-piece tier 10 is the best route - even if you have to save up to get both bits at the same time (due to just one bit being a dps loss). For this reason, going for the two lower-cost pieces is most effective. Failing that, the trinket is pwnzorz for Mutilate.
