hey so i am a hunter which took tribal LW for some crazy reason if i switch to dragon scale LW will that delete all of my other patterns and knock me down a to level 225 i think it is

There is no reason to have a LW spec anymore. At 450 you will have access to all epic LW patterns regardless of any spec (or no spec).
If you change specializations, it will not affect the level of skill you have already attained, nor will it cause you to "un-learn" any non-specialized patterns you have acquired.
