Restokin

My Druid is level 78, and hopefully hitting 80 tonight or tomorrow. I'm planning on being a healer primarily, but the "Restokin" spec has peaked my interests. From the experience I've had leveling, healing as a Druid is pretty simple and easy, to the point that I can just put HoTs on everyone and read forums as we clear trash. I'm sure things will change at 80 but it can't be that different, especially considering how easily Heroics are facerolled nowadays I'm wondering if it'll actually be even easier.
Annnywho, the point is, I'm wondering if the Restokin spec would be viable as a fresh 80 for Heroics, or if it requires you to be geared? And what sort of spec would you recommend? I was playing in the calculator and I'm thinking of something like this?

You might look at trying to swing some talents into Celetial focus if you can as you get better gear and can start to pull points out of Dreamstate.

You might not be able to do it a fresh 80 in all heroics though, as it does require some gear. But it mostly depends on which heroic it is and how geared your tank is.
