Leveling resto - regen stats

I'm sloooooowly leveling one of my nub chars, a (now lvl 30) druid, through the LFD system. I'm going resto, for faster queues and not-having-to-do-anything-just-be-there playstyle. I find that I generally have enough throughput for what's necessary, but could use more mana regen, especially if situation calls for couple HT casts now and then.
So, what would be the better stat for this, spirit or intellect? Considering that replenishment is non-existent in these levels, BoW/Mana Spring is rare, and I'm still levels away from innervate.

Both. You really aren't going to get to be that picky with gear at those levels, so just get anything and everything with SP, Int and/or Spirit on it.
And don't feel bad about telling people you need to drink some between pulls.
