Do you have another person providing -20% melee haste to mobs?
Because skipping Imp Thunderclap, you will do only -10% with normal Thunderclap.

It will also be much weaker therefore making your AoE threat significantly lower.
Why do you need Improved Spellreflect? PvPing?
Puncture is meh talent nowdays.

I suggest you read the stickies first.

PS: Your spec shouldnt have anything to do with your race.

There's no reason to skip Improved Thunderclap. Even if there is another 20% attack speed debuff in the raid, there's nothing more worthwhile than the rage reduction, increased AoE damage, and the speed debuff that the talent gives you. You gave up all that for Imp Spell Reflect and Puncture? That's not worth it at all.

You have some options. Your wiggle room comes in the Shield Spec, Imp Revenge, and Focused Rage talents.
