BiS trinket question

Hello all,

So what pair of trinkets are considered BiS for a DW Frost DPS build?
I think one of them is http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50362.
But what do you think the second one should be?
Maybe http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50351 ?
What if you're already hit capped?

Tiny Abom's 'proc' doesn't seem that great for DW, since your weapon damage will be lower than 2H, it's going to do noticeably less damage. Add in the fact that other than the proc it's just a hit trinket (assuming you can get hit capped without it) and it's probably not BiS for DW. The frost emblem trinket and Death's Verdict are probably better. (Heroic DV would be better, of course, if you can get it.) Even Whispering Fanged Skull out of 10ICC might be better.

But then I don't do DW DPS, so I'm just kind of guessing. And looking at it more, I guess with DW you get more hits, so the Abom would proc more often... so it might be better in the end (though the Hit probably means that it's not).
