OR a shadow priest in the grp helps too, but... if you just went disc and only cast when u need to, dont keep renew on targets if they take no damage, easy enough to waste mana on a hunter etc m8 :P

You shouldn't really 'spam' Renew. Keep up a Renew on the tank, though. Your spec is also a little wonky. Try this one and see if it helps:

Renew glyph also isn't very good, as it leads to more mana usage. I'd go with Holy Nova, seeing as you don't have CoH yet.
And yeah, any class that provides Replenishment:
Ret Pally
Survival Hunter
Shadow Priest
Destruction Warlock
Frost Mage
But at your level (46) most of these classes will not have their Replenishment talent, yet.
You're also at low level, so the chance of fail tanks is higher. IE, the common fury warrior who thinks he can just throw on a shield/1h and tank. Or just a clueless tank.

The next points:
If you still find that you have mana troubles, points in rapture will help
Renewed hope will make it easier to heal both tank and party, as they will take less damage
Aspiration is great, especially if you or the tank is bad, and you got lots of "oh %^&* moments", besides, if you don't got those moments, the talent allows more use of both Inner Focus (less mana used), Power Infusion (less mana used) and later on Pain Supression (1 target takes less damage=less mana used).
So you can choose yourself, but I would go 2/2 Aspiration -> 2/2 Renewed Hope -> 1/3 Rapture -> By 60:
